Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in the Bangalore. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 3-7 business days for all orders to arrive to your doorstep. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take about 1-2 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from the anywhere in India subject to availability of our delivery on your postal code. you can easily check whether delivery is available in your region by putting your postal code at the product page or at the checkout page

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We are an online website being run by a team based in Lucknow-New Delhi. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
